Terms

Plain terms for using Five Days Forward.

These terms describe the current founding course offer, the product limits, and the expectations for using the course responsibly.

Last updated July 20, 2026. Version public-policy-v3.

Agreement and eligibility

By purchasing founding access, you agree to the current Terms and Refund Policy shown at checkout. You must be legally able to enter this agreement where you live. If you are not, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree before purchase.

The product

Five Days Forward is a five-day course and repeatable practice for choosing a direction, using modern tools with judgment, making proof, and carrying useful assets into the next cycle.

No guaranteed outcome

The course does not guarantee income, employment, audience growth, business success, personal transformation, or any specific external result.

  • The course can help you make your own artifact, test, decision, or first version.
  • You remain responsible for the work you choose, the tools you use, and the decisions you make from the evidence.
  • Course material is educational and operational. It is not legal, medical, tax, investment, or employment advice.

Billing

The current founding course offer is $49.99 USD as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription renewal in the current founding offer.

Account and personal-use license

Paid access belongs to the Google Account used before checkout. Access is a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the course and workbook materials. Do not share paid account access, resell the materials, or republish substantial course content as your own product.

Refunds

The founding refund policy is intentionally generous: request a refund for any reason at any time by contacting support.

Private work and proof

Participant reflections, proof work, retained assets, support requests, and payment records are private by default. Public proof publication requires explicit consent and manual review.

Responsible use

Do not use Five Days Forward to store secrets, passwords, recovery codes, private account security details, illegal content, or content you do not have permission to use.

Availability and changes

Five Days Forward may make reasonable course, security, and operational updates. Temporary maintenance or provider outages can interrupt access. Material policy changes use a new public version; the version accepted at checkout remains attached to that purchase evidence.

Access limits and mandatory rights

Access may be restricted to protect the service or other users when there is fraud, account sharing, abuse, or a security risk. Support will review disputed access or billing records. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
