Refund policy

A simple refund promise for founding access.

Five Days Forward is meant to be useful. If the founding course is not useful for you, contact support and request a refund.

Founding course refunds

For founding course purchases, you can request a refund for any reason at any time. You do not need to prove that the course failed you.

  • Use the support page or email the support inbox from the same email used at checkout when possible.
  • Refunds are handled manually through the payment provider when real-money checkout is live.
  • A refunded purchase may revoke course access tied to that payment.

Support handling

Support will use the request to reconcile the payment, access record, and refund status. Feedback is welcome, but it is not required for a refund request.

Current payment state

Production checkout is still in Stripe test mode. Real card payments should not be collected until live Stripe mode, signed webhook handling, and the low-value purchase/refund test pass.
